To ensure a smooth and productive collaboration, please read and understand our client policy. By hiring us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined.

Communication:

Effective communication is essential for a successful project. We will communicate primarily through email, phone calls, or video conferences. You are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback and information to keep the project on track. We will respond to your inquiries within a specified time frame.

Payment:

Payment is required before receiving web design services. Payment plans are available through third-party services; however, V2x Website Design is not liable for any issues or mishaps that may occur under the terms of these third-party providers.Each client will receive an invoice detailing the services provided, which should be kept for your records. For websites with more than 10 products/services, an additional fee of $25 will be applied. This fee accounts for the increased complexity and time required to effectively manage and integrate a larger number of products or services into your website.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, at V2x Web Design, we are committed to ensuring that you have a great experience and receive everything you need from each design. We work closely with our clients throughout the design process to address any concerns and ensure your complete satisfaction. Your success is our priority, and we strive to deliver results that exceed your expectations.

Project Timeline:

We will provide an estimated project timeline, and we will work diligently to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as client delays or third-party services, may impact the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Content and Materials:

You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, logos, and other materials required for the project. We will specify the required format and deadlines for content submission. Delays in content submission may impact the project timeline.

Revisions and Approvals:

We are dedicated to collaborating with you on any media revisions. It is your responsibility to review and approve the work in a timely manner. Failure to provide approval or request revisions within the specified time frame may lead to project delays. Once you receive your final project, you will have 3 days to request any revisions. After this 3-day period, all revisions will be considered final.

Ownership and Rights:

Upon project completion and full payment, you will own the website and its content. We will keep your project information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent. We ask your permission to use designed projects for our social media content.

Liability:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of your website.

Website Maintenance:

Any Website Maintenance needed after the final project is received is considered an additional fee. A payment must be made before any website maintenance is performed.
