Cancellation Policy
At V2x Web Design, we prioritize providing quality service to our clients. To ensure dedicated and meaningful consultations, we have established a consultation fee policy. Effective Dec 4h, 2024, a nominal fee of $25 will be charged for all consultations. This fee acts as a service charge to secure your appointment slot and underscores our mutual commitment to scheduled meetings. The consultation fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward your service if you choose to proceed with us. This policy is in place to honor both parties' time commitments and ensure productive consultations. Failure to attend a scheduled meeting may impact your ability to book future services with us. We value punctuality and mutual respect in adhering to scheduled appointments. Should you need to reschedule a meeting, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to facilitate smooth scheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your consultation to a later date. Prior to the consultation, please gather any relevant materials, ideas, or questions you wish to discuss. After the consultation, we will follow up with a summary of key points discussed and any action items agreed upon during the session.
