Cancellation Policy

By hiring us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined. Communication: Effective communication is essential for a successful project. We will communicate primarily through email, phone calls, or video conferences. You are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback and information to keep the project on track. We will respond to your inquiries within a specified time frame. Payment: Payment terms and schedule will be outlined in the initial consultation meeting. A deposit is required after the consultation meeting this will be half of the ending price. Please note that there is a $10 Service Fee. Final payments are to be paid after final project is received by client. Each client will receive an invoice detailing our services. Please keep this in your records. Project Timeline: We will provide an estimated project timeline, and we will work diligently to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as client delays or third-party services, may impact the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly. Content and Materials: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, logos, and other materials required for the project. We will specify the required format and deadlines for content submission. Delays in content submission may impact the project timeline. Revisions and Approvals: We want to work with you and go over any media revisions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work promptly. Failure to approve or request revisions within the specified time frame may result in project delays. Ownership and Rights: Upon project completion and full payment, you will own the website and its content. We will keep your project information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent. Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of your website. Website Maintenance: Any Website Maintenance needed after final project is received is considered an additional fee. A payment must be made before any website maintenance By hiring us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our client policy. We look forward to working with you on your website project.
